Brand direction
When law firm Matthew Arnold & Baldwin took the opportunity of its 100th anniversary and an
impending office move to review its strategic direction, it commissioned Allegis Associates.
Allegis' starting point was to undertake a comprehensive brand and marketplace audit that, when
combined with a brand equity study among its clients and staff, identified the firm's strengths
and laid out its strategic options.
Allegis then worked with the firm's management team to re-focus its commercial direction, and to
create a brand identity and communications programmes that would express the new spirit of the
firm.
At the heart of these Allegis-developed programmes is the firm's website that enables the firm to
develop its client relationships and, when combined with the firm's collateral materials, seminar
programmes and public relations activities, projects the firm into a wider legal marketplace.
